How big is your team and consequently what is your daily/weekly capacity?
We have a core team of professional translators, proof-readers, editors and project managers, and a large pool of professional free-lance translators that we have developed ourselves. Do you use Trados or other tools for translation and localization projects, which version?
Our translators do use all versions of Trados (you can specify which version you require). We use a large variety of software at Saeculii (IBM/Windows platform). We will let you know in advance if we do not have the software that you require.

What guarantees do you offer?
All translation products and services carry a 30 day warranty. That is not all. If, for whatever reason, we still can not provide you with complete satisfaction despite our best efforts, we will, at our own expense, put your Japanese translation project with an independent third party service of your choice for a full and complete proof-checking. Or, we will simply re-fund your translation project 100%.

What discounts do you provide?

Do you have a trial (sample) translation policy?
We certainly do. We understand that you may be concerned about quality especially when comparing translation providers for the first time. This is the reason why we offer a free trial translations of about a 150 words (characters).

For larger trial translation requests, we offer the following options:

  1 page at half price which will be discounted 100% against the initial order. The initial order must be placed within 30 days of the trial request to realize the full 100% discount.
