How big is your team and consequently what is your daily/weekly capacity?
We have a core team of professional translators, proof-readers, editors and project managers, and a large pool of professional free-lance translators that we have developed ourselves. Our capacity is quite large.

Do you use Trados or other tools for translation and localization projects, which version?
Our translators do use all versions of Trados (you can specify which version you require). We use a large variety of software at Saeculii (IBM/Windows platform). We will let you know in advance if we do not have the software that you require.
What guarantees do you offer?
All translation products and services carry a 30 day warranty. That is not all. If, for whatever reason, we still can not provide you with complete satisfaction despite our best efforts, we will simply re-fund your translation project 100%.

Do you have a trial (sample) translation policy?
