Payment Information

Easy-to-Follow Payment Procedure
Use these easy-to-follow steps to make payments for translation projects:

  1. Invoice. You will be issued with an invoice that corresponds to the translation quote.

Any agreed to revisions on the quote will be reflected in the invoice. Additional payment information such as Saeculii Account Information and Payment Due Date will also be provided in the invoice.

Invoices are generally issued after you sign-off on the translation project. There are exceptions to this rule, though.

  2. Payment. Select a payment method from one of the payment options below.

  3. Receipt. Saeculii will issue a receipt once payment has been confirmed.
Contact us in advance if you have any special requests.

Convenient Payment Options
Saeculii Professional Japanese Translation Service provides several convenient payment options:

  • PayPal . We recommended PayPal for ease of use. Further, when you use paypal.com to make payments, Saeculii will cover the transaction cost – that means you save on translation costs.

  • Credit Card (via PayPal.com). See above.

  • Bank Transfers. Bank transfer fees applicable shall be taken care of by the Client.
Contact us in advance if you have another preferred method of payment.

More Information on Payments
Read this section carefully to avoid any confusion when you make payments.

  • Contact Saeculii in advance when you have any special request regarding payment terms.

  • Payment is in Japanese Yen.

  • Payment Due Date. Payment generally is due after the translation project is delivered. See below for exceptions.

  • Deposits. A deposit of 25% may be required for large projects before the project can be initiated. Remaining payment will be due when the project is completed (see above).

  • Upfront Payment. Upfront payments may be required for very small projects. There is no minimum size for translation projects – your translation project is as small as it is. However, the smaller the project the greater our costs.

  • Long-term Translation Projects. Payment is due at regular intervals, usually at the end of each month for ongoing translation projects.
I am sure that you agree a flexible payment system is necessary when you buy translation services. Please contact Saeculii with any special request or concerns for your Japanese translation project.
